I received the red heart necklace that I purchased for my granddaughter. It's lovely and she's going to love it but the chain that also came with it is defective. The c-ring clasp doesn't close properly, and the chain would have fallen off if I didn't notice it right away. I sent an email to the company to let them know but have not received a reply. Hopefully, someone will contact me soon.
